![]() ![]() Add the mushrooms now if you’re using them as well. Place the pork chops on top of the onions if using them. Seasoned chops are ready to go in the slow cooker. Insert the probe into one pork chop and see that it reads at least 145☏ (63☌). Season the pork chops and if you’re adding the onions, place them at the bottom of the slow cooker.
